Better Jobs Ontario offers eligible individuals skills training for in-demand careers and financial assistance of up to $28,000.

You may be eligible for Better Jobs Ontario if you meet one of the following criteria:

• You have been laid off and are currently unemployed or working in a temporary position to cover expenses.
• You have not been laid off but have been unemployed for six months or more and are part of a low-income household.

You can still apply if you are receiving any of the following:

• Employment Insurance (EI)
• Ontario Works (OW)
• Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)

• Must be a Permanent Resident, Provincial Nominee, Canadian Citizen, Protected Person, or Convention Refugee
